Angie's Spicy Oven Potatoe Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cayenne
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. 3 Pounds of idaho potatoes.
  2. 3 pounds of red potatoes.
  3. Half cup of olive oil.
  4. 1 tbsp of salt.
  5. 2 tbsp of black pepper.
  6. 3 tbs of tabasco hot sauce.
  7. 1tbsp of cayenne.
  8. 1 tbsp of dry rosemary.
  9. 1.5 tbsp of garlic powder.
  10. 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning.
  11. Place wedge cut potatoes in pan. Mix in all the ingredients, one after the other. Heat oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes, mixing every 6 minutes. Broil for late 10-15 minutes until desired crispiness. You can enjoy these potatoes with a side of ranch. Beware of the spiciness!
