Being Mexican-American, I originally love spicy food. The more spicier the better and let me tell you these potatoe wedges have a nice kick!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne
1 tablespoon rosemary
3 tablespoons tabasco sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
3 lbs idaho potatoes
3 lbs red potatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons black pepper
3 tablespoons tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon cayenne
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
Directions:
1. 3 Pounds of idaho potatoes.
2. 3 pounds of red potatoes.
3. half cup of olive oil.
4. 1 tbsp of salt.
5. 2 tbsp of black pepper.
6. 3 tbs of tabasco hot sauce.
7. 1tbsp of cayenne.
8. 1 tbsp of dry rosemary.
9. 1.5 tbsp of garlic powder.
10. 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning.
11. Place wedge cut potatoes in pan. Mix in all the ingredients, one after the other. Heat oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes, mixing every 6 minutes. Broil for late 10-15 minutes until desired crispiness. You can enjoy these potatoes with a side of ranch. Beware of the spiciness!
