Angelus Marshmallow Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar , packed
  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and water and boil slowly for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from fire and drop in the marshmallows.
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes.then beat until smooth.
  4. Serve hot or cold as a pudding or ice cream sauce.
