Amish Graham Cracker Fluff

Ingredients:

  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 (1 oz) package unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup cream , whipped
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar , packed

Directions:

  1. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and milk.
  2. Cook until slightly thickened.
  3. Soak gelatin in cold water, pour over hot mixture.and stir.
  4. Chill until slightly thickened.
  5. Add beaten egg whites, and whipped cream.
  6. Mix butter, brown sugar and crackers.
  7. Line bottom of pan with half of the cracker crumbs.
  8. Put in your pudding and add the remaining crumbs on top -
  9. Refrigerate till well chilled.
  10. You can make this a day ahead.
