Ingredients:

  • 1 package (7.5 oz) dried sweet corn
  • 5 cups cold milk
  • 3 1/2 tbsp melted butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp salt (optional)
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Place one package (7.5 oz) of sweet corn in bowl. Add 5 cups cold milk, 3 1/2 tbsp melted butter or margarine, 2 tsp salt (optional), 3 tbsp sugar and 4 well beaten eggs.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Bake in buttered 2 quart casserole for 60 minutes in 375 preheated oven
