Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp flour (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tbsp margarine or 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp margarine or 2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs into milk.
  2. Combine corn eggs, milk, seasonings and 2 tbs melted butter.
  3. Pour into casserole dish.
  4. Mix remaining butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
