Amazingly Simple Seafood Enchiladas (Cancun)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the chopped imitation crabmeat with 1/2 jar of parmesan mozzarella sauce.
  2. Spray a baking dish with Non-stick spray.
  3. Fill each tortilla with crabmeat/white sauce mixture, wrap like a taco and place in baking dish.
  4. Pour over the remaining parmesan/mozzarella sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30-45 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
