Amanda's Meatball Cookies (Not Really Meatballs)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 5 cups oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Combine margarine, sugar, vanilla, cocoa, milk, and peanut butter in a large pan or microwave safe bowl.
  2. Melt on stovetop or in microwave, stirring often, until well mixed.
  3. Stir in oatmeal.
  4. Drop teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  5. Roll between hands to make balls that look like meatballs.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Yummy!
  8. (Note: The sugar can be reduced if you like).
