Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix water and flour and knead it to make a soft dough.
  2. Leave the dough for about half an hour.
  3. Meanwhile add salt, chili powder, chaat masala or garam masala to the potatoes and mix thoroughly.
  4. Now roll out small balls out of the dough.
  5. Smear a little oil in the center and then put some stuffing mixture.
  6. Draw the edges towards the center to cover the mixture.
  7. Press the resulting dough gently and dust it with flour. Flatten to the size of roti.
  8. Place the paratha on a preheated griddle.
  9. After some time reverse the side of paratha. Do it when golden brown patches appear on first side.
  10. Sprinkle little oil and then flip again.
  11. Sprinkle oil drops on other side also. Cook till it is well done.
  12. Hot Paratha is ready. Serve with Chutneys or Tomato Ketchup or curd
