Almond Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 (18 oz) box white cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer.
  3. Beat for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour into a greased tube pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. This cake can be topped with a glaze of powdered sugar, orange juice and almond and vanilla extract, though it is good with or without the glaze.
