Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup butter , soften

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs until thicken.
  2. Add sugar and beat for another 5 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Add almond meal, flour and soften butter and beat until smooth.
  4. Add almond extract and mix.
  5. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
