Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar, oil& almond extract.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in almonds.
  5. Work with hands into a large loaf.
  6. Divide into four parts.
  7. Roll each part into the diameter of a broom stick.
  8. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  9. Brush top with egg.
  10. Bake 25 minutes.
  11. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into bars.
