Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add a tablespoon or so of oil to a skillet. Brown the ground beef, onions if used, and garlic in the skillet, breaking up the ground beef as it browns.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook over mediuim low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. This chili is delicious if topped with cheese or sour cream and served with crackers.
