Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pecan pieces, can use walnuts
  • 1 egg white , unbeaten

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Cover cookie sheet with foil.
  3. Drop by teaspoonful onto foil.
  4. Put in preheated 400 degree oven.
  5. Turn oven off when you put the cookies inches.
  6. Leave cookies in oven for 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Do not peek!
  8. Peel cookies off foil and store in cookie tin.
