After Dinner Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix egg, butter and vanilla until smooth and combined. Add salt, baking soda and sugars. Add flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread evenly into a greased, round pie pan. Bake for about 30 minutes until your big cookie looks done! Cut into 8 pieces. Eat and enjoy!
