Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles while assembling the rest of this dish in a large skillet or 3 quart pan.
  2. Brown ground meat.
  3. When nearly browned, add onion and bell pepper and saute until soft.
  4. If using fresh mushrooms, add them and cook.until almost done.
  5. Stir in cream cheese, soup and milk.and stir well.
  6. Add corn.and If using canned mushrooms, add them now.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Bring to a boil.
  9. Lower heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
  10. Mixture should be fairly moist before adding the noodles.
  11. Drain and stir in noodles.
  12. Simmer until hot and bubblly.
