Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add conch, chopped onions and sweet peppers; mix well.
  2. Add tomato paste and salt, mixing again.
  3. Stir in flour and baking powder with water.
  4. Heat oil in pan.
  5. Drop in conch batter using teaspoon sized balls.
  6. Cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  7. Drain well and serve with cocktail of your choice.
