A milk-salt-herb bath gift to my mom from me

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup salt (epsom/table/sea )
  • 3 drops of grapefruit essential oils
  • 4 drops of orange essential oils
  • 5 drops of peppermint essential oils
  • hot water , as required

Directions:

  1. Fill hot water in a basin as much as you require to soak up your feet in.
  2. Add all the ingredients in the order mentioned.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Give your mom her favourite magazine/book/poem to read, give her a glass of her favourite juice/milkshake/tea/coffee/lemonP8 or if she likes music like my mom does, then turn on the tape for her to listen to some nice music, while she soaks her feet in this bath.
  5. Let her enjoy and know your being blessed for your love.
  6. Pat dry.
  7. Pamper her some more with some Chocolate Mint Body Smoother (recipe number 54321) or some Coconut Body Butter for Dry Skin (recipe number 69001) depending on the type of skin she has (normal/dry) by applying this for her on the soles of her feet with your palms.
