A Little Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Place apple slices in greased shallow baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Combine dry ingredients and butter.
  4. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over apples.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until apples are tender (mine took 45 min.).
