Ingredients:

  • recipe # 1
  • 1 cup orange
  • over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice
  • stir in the cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop, about 10 minutes
  • remove from heat and place in a bowl
  • sauce will thicken as it cools

  • 1 cup water
  • in a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil
  • reduce to a simmer and cook until cranberries are soft about 10 minutes
  • transfer to a bowl and let cool
