A-1 Bacon Onion Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Place ground beef in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. In a small skillet, saute onion until slightly carmelized.
  3. Add to ground beef.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Shape into four patties.
  6. Grill for about 6 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
