7 Layer Salad W/O Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon, drain and crumble. Sit aside.
  2. Mix ingredients for topping.
  3. Layer all ingredients in order given, in a very large glass bowl, starting with lettuce.
  4. Cut up lettuce or tear up.
  5. Wash and tear spinach.
  6. Chop green onions.
  7. Pour in thawed frozen peas.
  8. Pour in sliced, cubed mushrooms.
  9. Place bacon on very top.
  10. Pour topping over all.
  11. Refrigerate overnight.
  12. Do not mix till ready to serve.
