Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef with onion and garlic in 5 quart dutch oven or large skillet over med heat for 5-6 minutes
  2. Add seasonings and stir to combine, heat 1 minutes
  3. Stir in pinto beans , broth and tomatoes
  4. Bring to boil , reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes uncovered
  5. Garnish with onion and or cheese
  6. Side dish to go with
  7. Cornbread makes and excellent choice
