Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 9 oz mincemeat

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar, eggs, and oil. Add milk alternately with flour which has been mixed with soda and salt. Add syrup, pecans and mincemeat. Bake in bundt pan at 350 degrees for about an 1 hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
