Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cup. bisquick
  • 1/3 cup. buttermilk
  • combine bisquick, buttermilk and 5 tsp. melted butter until just blended. knead 1 or 2 times. pat 1/2-inch thick and cut. place on lightly greased sheets. bake 450* f. 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. brush tops with remaining 1 tsp. melted butter.
  • note: freeze unbaked biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet for 30 minutes or until frozen. store in ziplock bag. will store up to 3 months. bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
