Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place the sliced squash in a caserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle the onion and carrots around the dish.
  3. Mix the cream soup and sour cream together and pour over squash.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese over.
  5. Mix the butter with the breadcrumbs and top it off.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to an hour.
  7. Always check the color of the top and check the squash to make sure it is soft.
