Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk together vinegar and oil
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste
  3. Stir in onion and let stand for 15 minutes
  4. Using a vegetable peeler, slice zucchini into paper think ribbons
  5. (try to remove big seeds)
  6. Add to bowl with dressing and onion
  7. Toss to combine
  8. Serve as side with everything. Enjoy
