Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients. beat eggs untill frothy, add sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat untillthick. Stir in zucchini. blend in sifted dry ingredients. Fold in nuts. pour in greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
