Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix every thing except eggs thoroughly with a wooden spoon then add eggs and stir well.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Put heaping table spoonfuls of mixture in hot oil and flatten to 1/3 thickness.
  4. Fry 4 or 5 at a time.
  5. When one side is golden brown turn to fry the other side.
  6. Drain excess oil on paper towel then arrange on flat serving plate.
  7. Serve with garlic yogurt or red onions.
  8. Serve warm or cool.
