Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp clove
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat shortening and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients, and mix into wet ingredients.
  4. Add zuchini.
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
