Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Blend together in large bowl
  3. Miracle whip, carrot, zucchini, milk
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, bran, choice of nuts, baking soda and cinnamon
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just blended
  6. (u can use muffin cups or a sprayed 12 muffin tin)
  7. Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
  8. If you are baking 6 large decrease heat after 20 minutes to 325 and cook 5 minutes longer
  9. Let stand for 10 minutes
