Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat well first 5 ingredients. Add pineapple with juice. Mix well the rest of the ingredients. May add one or more of nuts, coconut or raisins. Bake 350 for 40-60 minutes. Makes 3 large or 5 small loafs.
