Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
  2. Mix together first 5 ingredients. Sift together and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour evenly into both pans. Bake for 1 hour.
  4. Hint: Alow to rest for 5 minutes, then remove from pans and place on baking rack until cool.
