Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse fish thoroughly; pat dry. Brush inside of fish with lemon juice. Sprinkle salt and pepper over fish; dredge in flour. Shake off excess flour.
  2. Place fish on well-greased rack of a shallow broiling pan. Baste fish with half of salad dressing. Broil 4 inches from heating element 6 minutes. Remove from heat; using a spatula, carefully turn fish. Baste with remaining salad dressing. Continue broiling an additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  3. Transfer to a warm serving platter. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Serve immediately.
