Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook onions, jalapeños and ginger in oil, covered, until tender.
  2. Stir in sugar, seasonings, vinegar,water and fruit.
  3. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook, uncovered, for about 30 minutes until liquid evaporates.
  4. Cool to room temperature.
  5. Season chutney with salt to taste.
