Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 pinch lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 sprig mint
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300, mix dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and melted butter. Chop mint, grind cinnamon, zest lemon, add to mixture. Pour in 9x13 pan. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour.
