Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingreidents together.
  2. Make a well in the center of flour.
  3. Add milk, stir gradually.
  4. Then beat as if you mean it.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beat thouroughly after each one.
  6. Now add cold water & beat until mixture is all frothy on top.
  7. Put in fridge for at least one hour.
  8. 1/2 fill piping hot greased muffin tins.
  9. Bake for 30 mins or until well risen and browned.
