Ingredients:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 candlenuts
  • 2 tsp chilli pwd
  • a handful laksa leaves / daun kesum
  • yong tow foo ing . ( fish paste stuffed into tofu and vegetables like chilli , lady's finger , brinjal , capsicum etc )

Directions:

  1. Blend the 1st 6 ing into fine paste .
  2. Stir fry them in olive oil for 5 mins until the oil separates
  3. Add water and boil for 5 mins .
  4. Add the remaining ing and boil for 10 mins .
  5. Serve with rice / noodles
