Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp tarragon

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and yogurt and soak overnight
  2. Place this mixture in food processor for several min. to knead
  3. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended
  4. Pour into well buttered and floured loaf pan
  5. Bake at 350* for 1 1/2 hours
