Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2-3 tbsp granulated sugar (depending on personal taste)

Directions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients except coleslaw mix, mixing well.
  2. Add coleslaw mix, a cup at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Chill for 2 hours, or for better flavor overnight.
  4. Stir before serving.
