Yeast Rolls (Bread Machine)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk, warm (70-80 f)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast ( active dry)

Directions:

  1. Put all the above ingredients into a bread pan, IN THE ABOVE ORDER.
  2. Select dough setting. When done, divide dough into 24 portion (about 1 1/2-2 diameter balls). (To make buns, make larger and flatten some.)
  3. Place in a greased 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours. Bake at 350 F for 16 minutes on bottom rack and 2-3 minutes on top rack of oven.
