Ingredients:

  • 1 pkt. yeast
  • 1 cup luke warm water
  • 2 tbsp. suga
  • 4 tbsp. dry milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Mix the yeast, water, and sugar together and let set for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the yeast mixture and mix well.
  3. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick and cut out bisquits with your bisquit cutter or a jar if you don't have one. Place on a greased baking pan, brush with melted butter and let raise for about 30 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees until brown for 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. Note: If it is sticky, add a little more flour.
