Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put olive oil in large wok on high heat.
  2. Brown meat and push to the edges of the wok.
  3. Put frozen vegetables in center of wok. There may be some water from the meat present but if not, pour in about a half cup of water.
  4. Cover meat and veggies until veggies are cooked.
  5. Push veggies and meat to edges of the wok.
  6. If needed, put about a half cup of water in the wok.
  7. Place one package of yakisoba noodles in the middle of the wok and cover until noodles separate easily. Repeat with second package.
  8. Add both yakisoba seasoning packets and mix everything in wok together.
  9. Cover wok until all excess water has evaporated.
