Directions:

  1. Pour the chicken stock into a soup pot.
  2. Add the chopped onion,tomato,green pepper,vinegar and the dry seasonings.
  3. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the chicken and simmer to combine the flavors.
  5. Add the tortilla strips.
  6. Place a slice of lime in each bowl and ladle the soup in. Allow the lime to flavor the soup...Serve...
  7. ~Xochicalpan,means the place of the house of flowers,and this soup has a wonderful fragrance.~
  8. Can remember that day so clearly,as we sat on the planking,watching the waves lap against the sand..Good Food..GREAT FRIENDS!
