Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10-inch round springform pan.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter in 2-quart bowl in microwave until completely melted. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla and mix well. Add the flour and 6 ounces chocolate chips and stir to combine. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes. Cool.
  3. While brownies are baking, place whipping cream and butter in medium saucepan over medium heat stirring until combined. Stir in 12 ounces chocolate chips until melted. Gently pour over cooled brownie, spreading just to edges.
  4. For the drizzle combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, extract, and half and half with hand-held mixer until smooth. Stir in food coloring. Gently drizzle over ganache in decorative pattern. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
