Wonderful Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix peanut butter, coconut milk, and cinnamon together.
  2. Stir in eggs and mix.
  3. Add brown sugar, baking soda, vanilla, and melted white chocolate.
  4. Mix in flour.
  5. Drop by teaspoons onto greased baking pan.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until done.
  7. Eat!
