Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Heat oil in a Dutch oven until very hot. Add short ribs and sear on all sides.
  3. Add onions, garlic and shallots.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and cook 6 minutes.
  5. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  6. Bring to a boil, cover and place in oven.
  7. Cook 3 hours.
