Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare rice following package directions.
  2. Cook onions and butter in small saucepan.
  3. Add hollandaise sauce mix and how ever much milk or water it says on the sauce packet.
  4. Combine rice, chicken and broccoli in 2 qt. casserole pan.
  5. Spoon the sauce on top.
  6. Bake covered with tin foil at 350* for 30 min.
