Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.33 cup water , 120 - 130 f
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease a large baking sheet. Stir together flours.
  2. Combine 1 1/2 cup mixed flours, yeast and salt. Add liquid ingredients to flour-yeast mixture and beat until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add enough more flour to make moderately stiff dough. Knead 3-5 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Cut into 12 pieces and roll each into a pretzel; place on greased baking sheet an sprinkle with the salt on top.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Tip: The white vinegar helps, when using WW flour only, to make the dough fluffier.
