Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix liquid ingredients
  3. Add in dry ingredients, mix to moisten
  4. Fold in blueberries
  5. Pour/spoon into muffin tin
  6. Bake 20-25 minutes
  7. Transfer to wire rack to cool
